3. As part of our commitment to the constant improvement of our services and the experience we provide our customers, we will be retiring one of our old nodes, DALKVM3. As such, current customers with virtual servers on this node will be migrated to a newer Dallas node. The routing will differ due to the fact that the nodes VPSes will be placed on would be in a different Dallas datacenter. You are receiving this email because you have an active service on this node that will be affected.

5. This migration will be a multi-hour process in which your server may be offline for up to 8 hours. You will retain your data but will receive a new IP address upon completion of the migration. Your current IP(s) will cease to work. The migration will occur on June 11th, 2019 between 9 AM PST and 5 PM PST. We may send another email closer to the date re-iterating the information in this one. This status/email is to serve as a notification to let you know what will be occurring in the coming weeks.

7. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through the ticketing system on our billing panel. If you would like the migration done early, you can request it via support ticket but please make sure that you reference this status/email.
