HostUS Solutions LTD (hostus.us) an established leader in US business and enterprise web hosting for over a decade, announced today the completed acquisition and integration of Reversehosts – a US host providing cPanel and virtual private server based internet services to small business and individuals.
I am pleased to announce that we have acquired this web host and their assets. Over the last two months we watched Reversehosts experience long server outages with no response from Reversehosts. We have now taken ownership of the company and cleared the debits that Reversehosts owned to their vendors.
We have reviewed the company and the infrastructure that is in place and we have decided that the best way for customers to continue using their services with better support, communication and infrastructure would be to merge the brand into HostUS. There will be no downtime for any customers. We will be migrating the current Reversehosts client area into our own client area. Your VPS service will not be affected, however your URL for the control panel will change. Please see ‘Questions and Answers’ below:
Will my VPS Location change?
No – we are keeping the current locations.
Will my VPS IP change?
Not Immediately – In January we will start migrating everyone to our customer control panel, which is a manual take. We will agree on a time with yourself when to move your VPS over and assign it an IP address that we own – direct from ARIN. Please see the below question why this is happening.
Why move my VPS?
When we migrate your VPS – you will be moved to new 72GB Dual L5639 nodes with hardware raid, this replacing the current L5420’s and L5520’s and also replacing the SW raid install.
Will my billing change?
No – we will be honouring all prices are terms when the customer signed up.
Your new billing and future control panel can be accessed at:
