- Good day,
- As an internet service provider, we are obliged under German law to check your identity if we have any indication that there are inaccuracies in the identity data currently stored with us. This applies to your customer account. As a security measure, we therefore had to temporarily suspend your products. We ask for your understanding.
- We can unsuspend your products again if you send us a valid verification. The verification process is as follows:
- Please send us a photo showing the following:
- 1.) Your face
- 2.) Your identity card with visible photo and legible address. If necessary, please send us a photo showing the front and the back of your identity card. If you do not have an identity card, you can take a photo of your passport instead. If you do not have an identity card and take a photo of your passport instead, we also need a picture with an appropriate address confirmation on the photo.
- If your customer account belongs to a company, please also send us an extract from the commercial register confirming the company's registration.
- 3) A note written by you with the following text:
- "I am a customer at **cup.de with the customer number 12345". Please replace "12345" with your own customer number.
- We will then unsuspend the products.
