上个月买的84.因为速度比较慢基本上没用，就装了个kloxo然后在那闲置，昨天突然84给我一张罚单（50刀），我去发tk问了他的客服什么原因，但他一直说让我先缴罚款。虽然可以扔掉，也就损失30块钱，但平白无故的被他罚，还是很生气。下面是我们交流记录，向大家求助看如何能讨回公道。

我问：
题目：why i have pay this invoice？

内容：

既然你没收到你就要告知他们你没收到啊，另外，你得确信你的VPS却是没滥用。vps有风险，你得为它负责
