We apologize that a shutdown was required for this server without a prior warning but this was an emergency case as your VPS was actively having a negative effect on other customers. Your service comes with a "fair share" CPU, as you do not have the dedicated "high CPU" addon. While we allow you to burst up to 100% of the core(s) you receive on your service, we have fair limits in place to reduce cost & ensure the best server performance for everyone. Unfortunately, your service was recently found to be using constant high levels of CPU. Your service was found to use an average of 80.5% CPU for multiple hours. As a result, your service has been powered off.

Please either reduce your usage to fit in line with our AUP, or purchase the High CPU Addon which allows you to constantly utilize 100% processing power. If the high usage continues without the appropriate high CPU addon, your service may be powered off again or suspended.

We would also recommend considering an upgrade to a larger package with more processing power, as your service is constantly maxing out and running out of CPU. |
