Event Summary :
At roughly 12:40 am EST on March 8th, 2017 Vortex Node System
Administrators detected a connection failure in one of our Atalanta

data, all attempts failed. Not only did the RAID system fail the disks
connected with the RAID system also got corrupted.
A Catastrophic failure of multiple disks at the same time had happened.
Action Plan :
Unfortunately as no backups are available for the data so we can either
rebuild your VPS again with new IP in Toronto along with a FREE month of
service or we can recreate the VPS at the same location however no free
months will be awarded in that case.
The reinstall requests will be handled on a first come first basis.
Expected time frame for the VPS to be reinstalled is 48 hours in Toronto
and up to 72 hours in Atlanta.
We apologize for this and know that any outages will cause problems for
you and your services. Every effort was taken to restore but we believe
this is the only way to forward. Our team will assist with restoration
of any backups that you may have.
