Hello,When trying to SSH, we are getting connection refused and not connection timed out, this is telling us that ssh is active however a possible recent firewall change could have blocked you out.
We can move the server into rescue mode which should allow you to ssh to it and the problem can be looked at further.
However we cannot physically go in and alter the server for you as this is an unmanaged product.

还可以吧， 开始我用的谷歌翻译，理解成了 我可以去但是我不能去，因为不是托管的

这肯定是你自己没设置好防火墙，否则不会出现这种状况的。可以问他们要IPMI然后登进去关防火墙。
