72 HOUR REFUND FOR ALL PLANS

Refunds for all plans are only offered to new clients. A cancellation request must be submitted for the VPS within 72 hours of deployment in our control panel at https://speedykvm.com/billing. Refunds will be processed within three business days. A $0.35 processing and handling fee will be subtracted from the refund.

The sales page But Storage 1 that the shows is broadband the 5TB page sales broadband display parameters and product details are not in conformity. in addition I can apply for a refund,please issue refund back to my account, thank you.

我的退款申请已经被拒绝了，我很久前买过一次西雅图的，然后申请退款了。这次购买的达斯拉已经不享受新用户退款政策了，客服说因为我是老用户。。。。

既然退不了就算了，反正也就14.4美元，凑合着娱乐一年就那回事了。。

我刚也申请退款了，等待客服处理中，他们承诺72小时五条街退款，但是好像退款要扣0.35美元的服务费。

最后，申请退款是要发TK的申请的，让客服取消你的VPS。

我之前发销售要求退款，退款之前我自己取消了VPS，然后他让我按照TOS要求来做，完全不懂什么意思
