E5 Developer不用想着扩容了，我前阵子试过了

找到英文客服，上来跟他说能不能只通过邮件而不是电话沟通，客服说没问题；
然后我们就一直通过邮件反复沟通，最后所有的邮件内容可以在service request中看到汇总：



中间满足90%存储容量，和最少5个许可，都沟通过了，然后运行命令结果也发给客服了。

The reason why we are not able to increase beyond 5 TB is because we are using a Microsoft 365 E5 Developer (without Windows and Audio Conferencing) Trial subscription

If you want the Storage to be increased to 25 TB then you will need to purchase the licenses .

意思就是E5 Developer的许可类型Microsoft 365 E5 Developer (without Windows and Audio Conferencing) Trial，终究还是Trail，也就是试用许可，所以没法弄。
