We would like to apologize for the delay in orders. We are currently processing hundreds of orders each day and we're pleased to confirm the backlog is nearly complete.
HKDC1 is now fully operational but we are awaiting HKBN to announce the thousands of IP addresses we have had broadcasted. After HKBN announces the IPs on their network, which usually takes around two weeks, pings will be much lower in all parts of China.
HKDC2 now has a stable international connectivity but only covers 2/3 of China at the moment. This is due to a large-scale attack on one of our upstreams. The route has been temporarily disabled and traffic has been re-routed. This will return to normal as soon as possible.
Please note: As this is an external factor outside of our control, it is not covered by our Refund Policy. We cannot issue refunds because of this issue.
In the next couple of weeks, we should be able to accept transfer requests from HKDC2 to HKDC1 (with HKBN line running) for customers who prefer this facility. We ask that you do not submit a support ticket before this time as we are still processing current orders and waiting for the announcement of further IP addresses.
We DO NOT advise submitting a refund request as our Hong Kong prices are about to change for NEW customers. To keep the same price in Hong Kong, you must remain on your current plan. Please note: current pricing will not change for existing customers.
We would like to thank all of our customers again regardless of location for patience and faith during such a large unexpected rate of growth. Speeds are expected to improve over the next week as HKBN announce our IP's.
We would also like to inform our customers to only submit support tickets in English at the current time. We are currently in the process of recruiting a full-time Chinese speaking technician and support operator.
Kind Regards,
Erik and Luke
