Welcome to ServerHub Family, we are excited to start working with you.

To complete your order we will need you to fill out a Credit Card authorization form, provide a copy of the credit card and a copy of the card holders picture identification.

You may scan/email, take a digital picture and email it, or fax the information requested.  We have found the easiest way is to print the form, fill it out then place the card and ID at the bottom.

Once this is done you may either scan the form with the ID and Credit Card copy or take a digital picture.

You may black out all but the name and signature on your photo identification, and you may black out all but the last four digits on the card and name as it appears at the bottom.

Upon receipt of these documents your server will be provisioned and moved into the build room. When this occurs you will be sent an email to track your new servers progress. Once your new server is online you will receive another email with all of your login details attached.
