I am the Registered Name Holder and my email address is listed as the registrant’s in the registration information, but the registrar requested proof of my identity. At the meanwhile, They ask me to pay for their job of reviewing my identity for 5 CNY, I think it's a hidden barrie of transfering domains. The transfer epp code should be access without any extra fee. Not only they ask me to provide identity but also have to pay for their identity verification service. That's violations of icann rules.
