tr想挂pt报错,win2012,rpc-whitelist-enable根据提示已经改了，也重启过了，但是没用，肿么办

403: Forbidden

要停掉服务再改配置，否则无效

改完运行后再看一下配置文件如果变化了再重复操作一遍

kill服务---修改配置---关闭白名单---重启服务

说个不相关的。我感觉在 windows 上用 tr 的人相当少，大多数 utorrent 或者 qbittorrent
