看邮件说会补偿每个人一个月，发了个ticket问了，回复如下：

This is happening due to the DDoS attacks we've been facing lately and the DDoS mitigation centre re-routing traffic. We're continuously working on the matter and we're expecting normal routes later today.

We will not be updating the next due date for discounted products as those are already as cheap as they can possibly be.

他想说的可能是由于机房自己的原因延迟了线路直连会补偿每个用户一个月，
但是现在机房的线路已经直连了就不给补偿了，ddos造成的绕路他们不补偿
