Dear customer, our provisioning department is busy with all the orders, if your order has been not activated and it will not be activated in 1-5 days they will offer you 6 months free on the activation time, due to huge amount of orders new nodes has to be prepared to setup your account, if you do not wish to wait you can request an refund.
