We are writing to inform you about an important update regarding the IDrive® Compute service. After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue IDrive® Compute, effective from 15 August 2023.
We request you to download and backup your data from your resources. You can create a snapshot of your instance(s) and download those images for later use. Alternatively, you can download data via Rsync or similar tools. After the service closure date, all data hosted on IDrive® Compute will no longer be accessible.
We understand that this closure may cause inconvenience and we sincerely apologize for any disruption it may cause to your operations.
Any yearly prepaid resources which do not complete one year by 31 July 2023 will be fully refunded. We will also stop billing any postpaid resource from 31 July 2023.
